Ever been handed hundreds of pages of content to be converted to eLearning? How do you know how much or which pieces to include or omit? Ever have the stakeholders or SMEs tell you that the learners need to know it ALL, but the training course should not be more than 30 minutes?
What do you do?
The action mapping process narrows the focus of the project on only the behaviors that will correct the situation and improve performance. Aspects of the problem that can’t be solved through training would be identified very early on and moved out of the training project to be addressed through other means.
Co-presenters, Nina Moore and Jennifer Tomarchio will provide this overview of the Action Mapping process developed by Cathy Moore and show you how they have implemented this process in their elearning projects.
