CPLP Study Group Kick Off Session

ATD South Florida Chapter proudly presents its Award Winning 

11-week Virtual CPLP Study Group

The CPLP is "THE credential" in the Talent Development (TD) field.  ATD South Florida offers a virtual study group to assist you in the preparation for the Knowledge Exam (KE).

As part of the study group, you will also have access to the chapter library of study materials, wiki site, and the Director of CPLP will serve as your coach along the certification process.

The study sessions are meant to be a supplement to your independent study. These sessions provide a chance to reinforce knowledge through discussion, clarification of key points, and completing sample test questions. Each session will begin at 9:00 a.m. (EST) and end at 11:00 a.m.    

Structure of the Study Group:

The sessions are coordinated by Normagene Dmytriw, CPLP, who serves as the Director of CPLP at ATD South Florida Chapter.

Normagene is a Senior Safety and Occupational Health Specialist with more than 20 year of experience.  Currently, she works for Broward County Risk Management and is the lead instructional designer and trainer for OSHA required safety training.  She holds the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance credential , as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Development.
