ATDSFL Team Operations Planning Session 

This is all hands team operational planning day where we will bring all our action plans together and present to the rest of the team to:

• Present our goals and operational plans for each functional area
• Create synergy and collaboration
• Have a chance to have input from others
• Cultivate a strong team and have fun! 

Flow of the day:

•8:45 am – Light Breakfast

•9:00 am – Kick Off

•9:30 am – Presentations Begin

20 min total each team :10 min to present operational plan & 10 min for Q & A

•12:30– Closing

Please come prepared to present with your team. Please contact your VP or myself if you have any questions.

Registration is required for food count and other logistics information. Please register no later than Friday, July 17th.
