Change management is increasingly becoming a hot topic for businesses public and private. This presentation will focus on several questions around implementing and sustaining change management programs and initiatives:

How can we help our executive teams narrow the gap between their intentions to strengthen the  organization’s ability to manage change and their actions to develop those abilities? What approaches to leading and managing change best address this challenge? What is required of us to inspire and receive the support needed to build momentum?

Manuel (Manny) is a progressive consultant, devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to the development of others. He approaches his work with contagious enthusiasm and commitment.

Manuel has been working in the learning and development industry since 2002 and joined Impact in 2011.  As a Lead designer and facilitator, he delivers client solutions globally, from graduate level to organizational leaders for private, public and non-profit firms.
