Martha Fowler, ODCP, TMCC
Martha Fowler is an OD and Talent Management Consultant working with international companies in change management, performance management, succession planning, mentoring, coaching and talent analytics. She has experience working with talent management software, LMS implementation, facilitating and designing training programs in English and Spanish.
Martha is currently the VP of Business Development and Lead Consultant at HR TalentPro and a lead facilitator with the Institute of OD. She has worked with a variety of industries including pharma, banking technology, and transportation.
