In this interactive webinar, we will learn more about how TBC Corporation team developed and implemented 6 e-learning courses on sales techniques to their Midas franchise associates using home-grown video tools and production techniques. With professional actors in video role-playing, the courses defined for participants how to implement the popular FranklinCovey program, “4 Disciplines of Execution.” The webinar will cover the techniques TBC used in project planning, content design and development, and video production for these courses, results achieved and lessons learned in their journey.
Similar to the world-famous TED talks, presenters will share their practices in 20-25 minutes and we will open up for Q& A for rest of the webinar.
