Our Virtual TD Talks sessions continue with a presentation from Sears. At Sears Holdings Corporation, motivation to learn is strengthened through a gamified learning platform. Success requires identifying different ways learners approach games and rewarding the correct behavior, that is, rewarding those who seek out learning for improving their business performance, not just a score on the platform.
In this session, Sears Holdings team will be sharing how they are developing a culture of learning with games, moving from an instructor-led culture to a blended learning culture, assuring platform stability before rolling out new capabilities and addressing change fatigue among users.
Similar to the world-famous TED talks, presenters will share their practices in 20-25 minutes and we will open up for Q& A for rest of the webinar.
