What's new and innovative with online learning and talent development?

Virtual Classrooms are great for training people remotely at different locations, but only if those people are actually paying attention and learning…Anyone? Anyone?

In this session, our speaker will discuss the current and future state of Virtual Classroom technologies and how you can use these technologies to engage learners.

He will share some of the lessons he has learned from working with hundreds of virtual training teams and provide specific examples of techniques that drive interactive engagements with learners. He will also share some of the technology changes that are happening with Virtual Classrooms along with what some organizations are doing to enhance their traditional training and professional development programs.

After this session attendees will be able to:

  • Engage learners using new features and functions in Virtual Classrooms
  • Apply updated collaborative technologies to  learning programs
  • Discuss some of the technology changes that are occurring with Virtual Classrooms
