1Price Used Car Sales Conversion at AutoNation, Inc.

The event will feature AutoNation's major change management initiative and its approach.

Are you curious about cutting edge talent development initiatives in South Florida?  Who is being creative with new implementation ideas?  Our popular TD Talks is now virtual to include all tri-county professionals to share innovative practices!

In this session, AutoNation team will share their success, methods and components of their major change initiative that included executive sponsorship and involvement, an effective communications schedule, and a world-class blended learning solution comprised of pre-ILT eLearning, a “Boot Camp” model training event, and a mobile-based learning sustainment and performance support platform.

AutoNation, the largest automotive retailer in the country with $22 billion in revenue, made a decision to offer its customers a no-haggle, 1Price used vehicle buying experience. This was in preparation for its pronouncement to begin opening standalone used car dealerships that will offer a technology supported, customer-friendly, streamlined automotive retail process.

The challenge was to change the hearts, heads and hands of nearly 7000 Sales Associates, Sales Managers, Finance Managers and General Managers spread over 371 dealer franchises from coast-to-coast in 16 states in seven months. We designed a comprehensive training and change management program that has earned recognition from the Executive Committee, praise from Market Presidents and General Managers, and appreciation from front-line Sales Associates and Managers.

In the months following the completion of the 1Price roll out, year-over-year used car sales spiked by over 20 percent.

Join us for an overview of their program, successes, challenges and key learnings.

Similar to the world-famous TED talks, presenters will share their practices in 25-30 minutes and we will open up for Q& A for rest of the webinar. The session is interactive and designed to provide practical knowledge, tools and techniques.

If you are curious about the trends and innovative practices in South Florida, do not miss out on this event
