Effectively Managing Change in Today’s Environment

“Failure is not fatal, but failure to change might be.” - Coach John Wooden

We all face change, it’s a normal part of life.  But how do we deal with it?  Do we plan our life’s transitions proactively and effectively, or do we wait for life to happen and then react?

What about the organizations we serve… are we helping to proactively facilitate change, or simply strength our firefighting skills?

Join this dynamic workshop to have a good time exploring the transitions we will all face.

We will dive into some demonstrated best practices for achieving the outcomes we desire!
