About Our Presenter: Tony Marchesseault

Tony has over 20 years training experience in the areas of management development, supervisor training, career counseling, accelerated learning, Total Quality Management, high performance work teams, facilitation, organizational development, team building, human relations, coaching, performance analysis, ISD, Human Resources administration, and needs analysis.

Tony received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and while serving on active duty in the Marine Corps he received his Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University. Born in Houston, Texas, Tony calls Florida home while he travels the world conducting management development training.

Tony starting his training career as a Leadership Officer in the U. S. Marine Corps. He served over 10 years in and out of the Marines starting out as a Private and ending with his highest rank of Captain having served both active and reserve service. Here he served in such capacities as Air Support Control, Leadership Officer and Training Officer for his squadron with deployments to various locations around the world.

Tony has also served as an adjunct professor with Barry University, Johnson & Wales University, Columbia College and a variety of central Florida community colleges. Tony is known round the world for his engaging teaching style, his learner centered facilitation, his quick wit and tremendous sense of humor. He is the only known professor with a “no giggling rule” for all of his exams!

He previously served as the Training & Development/OD Chief for Martin Marietta, Aerospace Division, Cape Canaveral, Florida and was responsible for management development, OD, training administration, succession planning, and quality process improvement team training. He is a certified “Business As UnUsual” and “Zenger-Miller”

trainer. Tony also served as a certified Arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau.

His clients includes such organizations as: AT&T, American Express, Siemens Westinghouse, U. S. Navy, Reliant Energy, Stratus Computers, Sprint, Darden Restaurants, Matria, Orange Co of Florida, Cirent Semiconductors, Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association, Lucent Technologies, Parker-Hannifin, Deep South, Lake County Sheriff, Lake Sumter EMS, Martin Marietta, City of Ocala, City of Leesburg, University of South Florida, Johnson & Wales University, Costa Cruise Lines, Lake Sumter Community College and many more.
