What's Wrong With Managers?

                 (And How to Fix It)

No matter what industry, company or department you're in . . . no matter what level in an organization you're at . . . we've all worked for (or are now working for) an ineffective, abrasive or just plan all-around awful manager.  What's wrong with these people??

We all know that colleges and universities do a good job educating students in specific disciplines - accounting, law, education, etc.  But rarely do they do a good job educating students on what the real world is like and what skills are essential to being successful in organizations.  The result is managers who just never "get" it.

WHAT"S WRONG WITH MANAGERS? is an interactive presentation that identifies three critical competencies all managers need, the reasons why organizations fail when selecting and promoting high-performers to management positions, and several specific actions organizations can use to increase their managers' and supervisors' effectiveness.

  • What skills every manager needs
  • Why organizations hire/promote the wrong people
  • How to ensure manager success

You'll learn some quick tips and techniques that you can take back to your business immediately and start getting results.  You can't afford to miss this presentation.
