Presenter: Deborah Herman
Deborah has over 20 years’ experience in staffing and HR communications and her consulting firm DH Talent Strategies, LLC, specializes in social media and developing recruitment marketing strategies for organizations such as Miami Dade College and Birks and Mayors. In addition, Deborah works part-time with the global outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas and trains clients on how to leverage social media for their job search.
As HR Florida’s 2012 “HR Volunteer of the Year”, Deborah Herman has volunteered for several years in the South Florida market. She is a Past-President of SMA South Florida and most recently served as the District 10, District Director for HR Florida State Council. Deborah accepted a new challenge for 2013 and will serve as HR Florida’s “Webmaster”.
