Positively Influence Others and Achieve Results

Successful people are those who have mastered the skill of influencing in a way that maintains integrity of the work and personal relationships.  For Training, OD and HR Managers, influencing with a personal versus positional power is one of the keys for building an inclusive work culture - one where employees feel they can contribute their best work.

**Your registration confirmation email will include a link and instructions for taking a short quiz to determine your dominant style of influencing.

At the end of this session, you will:
  • Understand the Situational Influence Model and learn about each style.
  • Have a better understanding of your own style of influence.
  • Know the difference between positional and personal power.
  • Understand how to leverage your influence style and achieve results.
