Be a Comic Genius! eLearning Hits the Strip

Many people think that eLearning is boring. Unfortunately, these people are often correct. So how do you create eLearning that’s not boring, but learners will immediately recognize as something unique and interesting?

Think differently!

In this learning event, you will discover a new way to deliver eLearning content: the comic strip. You’ll explore why comic strips are inherently more interesting to learners and why learners eagerly return to comics-based edutainment. You’ll also learn how to create your own comic strips that engage learners, maximize knowledge retention, and bring life and laughter to the perceived boredom of eLearning.

In this session, you will learn how to . . .

  • Start a comic strip using proven techniques
  • Determine the appropriate content to put into the strip
  • Keep learners engaged
  • Increase learners’ knowledge retention
  • Drive your creativity
  • Locate tips, tools and resources for your eLearning

No drawing experience/capabilities required - just an open mind and a good sense of humor.
