Tell us about a work project that you're absolutely crushing and are super proud of right now!
A
I was recently certified in DiSC and I'm excited to bring this tool to client group teams and even my HR team. My fabulous direct reports are supporting me in this and will help facilitate.

What sparks your creativity and gets your energy flowing? Who or what inspires you to reach new heights?
A
I love brainstorming with others. Identifying a problem and facilitating with a group of people to come up with ideas, and choose short, medium and long term initiatives to implement.

When you're not transforming lives, what do you love doing for fun that brings you joy?
A
CrossFit and weight lifting.

A
