| Q: Tell us about a work project that you’re absolutely crushing and are super proud of right now!Caren: We just re-imagined our LMS home page to make it learner-centric and encourage exploration. I have a super creative team who worked together to brainstorm it and great leadership who got behind it and presented it at our recent Leadership Town Hall. |

Q: What sparks your creativity and gets your energy flowing? Who or what inspires you to reach new heights Caren: I love learning new things and seeing new ideas. Brainstorming with others really helps me be more creative. That's why I love being part of ATD, it helps me see what others are doing and inspires me. |
Q: When you’re not transforming lives, what do you love doing for fun that brings you joy?Caren: I love to ride my bike through the trails in my community. Q: What makes South Florida special to you?Caren: There's lots of nature without being too remote. |
