Tell us about a work project you're absolutely crushing and are super proud of right now!
A
We just re-imagined our LMS home page to make it learner-centric and encourage exploration. I have a super creative team who worked together to brainstorm it — and great leadership who got behind it and presented it at our recent Leadership Town Hall.

What sparks your creativity and gets your energy flowing?
A
I love learning new things and seeing new ideas. Brainstorming with others really helps me be more creative. That's why I love being part of ATD — it helps me see what others are doing and inspires me.
