Here are some of her responses: Q: Tell us about a work project that you’re absolutely crushing and are super proud of right now! Who is supporting you on the project with whom you want to share the spotlight? I was asked to do a team building program for a group of engineers with some underlying challenges. The program went really well. They participated and had great feedback to give at the end of the program. Their manager and my manager were both surprised by the level of engagement. :) #superproudmoment |
Q: What sparks your creativity and gets your energy flowing? Who or what inspires you to reach new heights
Jen: When I walk into a room full of people waiting to see why they have to do team building... It's my most favorite time. Q: When you’re not transforming lives, what do you love doing for fun that brings you joy?Jen: Working out and spend time with the family. | ![]() |
Q: Why should others get involved with ATD South Florida? What have you gained by being a part of the organization?
Jen: Very few people understand our titles or the work that we do. ATDSFL offers a space to brainstorm, troubleshoot, and collaborate with like minded individuals who understand where you are coming from. I have gained a second family and most importantly; friends and mentors. |
