Jimmy Glenos is a leadership consultant, Executive Coach (PCC), team coach, and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience guiding high-performing leaders and teams to greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment. As the founder of LEAD+SUCCEED Coaching and Consulting, Jimmy works with CEOs, senior leaders, and business owners to improve performance, collaboration, and purpose. He has designed and led leadership development programs, strategic planning workshops, and culture-building initiatives across IT, healthcare, and hospitality. He is the creator and host of the Unlock the Shortcut podcast, featuring actionable insights and interviews with accomplished leaders and authors.
Sergio Buth, for many years has been committed to consumer satisfaction through organizational effectiveness. He has conducted competency-based OD initiatives, training workshops, presented webinars and seminars, and delivered keynote speeches to organizations both domestically and internationally. He easily adapts between smaller in-tact teams and large system wide, multi-disciplinary work groups to improve productivity, creativity and service excellence through various engagement initiative including Rounding, eLearning, OD Consultations, Coaching, Leadership Succession and Professional Development. Being multilingual, and having traveled extensively, adds a refreshing dimension to Sergio’s own diverse background giving him a unique advantage in customizing his interactions to address cultural diversity issues that may arise. The compassion, enthusiasm and high energy he conveys encourage cooperation, learning and participation across spectrums.
Colette De Nardo is a Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of experience leading individual and organizational growth through strategic talent initiatives. She makes complex concepts accessible and designs learning experiences that connect people, purpose, and impact. Colette holds the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) designation and previously served as the chapter's first Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Colette brings a holistic approach to leadership and learning, emphasizing empathy, clear communication, and mindful presence.
Kevin has a nearly 20-year background in Learning & Development and is passionate about measuring and communicating the impact of what we do. He holds a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of Florida, along with the CPTD Certification. Kevin started his career working at sea onboard cruise ships for nearly six years and since then has spent his time in progressive L&D roles in the travel retail and cannabis industries. In his spare time Kevin is a Lego enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Alba M. Pazmino is an Instructional Designer, Digital Content Creator, and Adult Education professional with more than 15 years of experience transforming ideas into clear, engaging, and visually compelling learning experiences. She specializes in designing graphics, presentations, and digital content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and AI-enhanced workflows. As VP of Communications, she leads purposeful messaging across email, social media, Engage by Cell, and the chapter website. With a Master of Arts in Education focused on Adult Education and Training, she excels at simplifying complex information and creating learner-friendly resources.
Nicole Cook is a former high school science teacher turned teacher educator. She joined ATD South Florida in 2023. After participating in the chapter's mentorship program, she joined the Operations team in 2024 and transitioned into the role of VP of Operations in 2026. Her background in education brings a learner-centered perspective to everything she does for the chapter.
Gaston Betoled, CPTD, PCC, is a talent development strategist, Executive Coach, leadership consultant, and facilitator with more than 25 years of international experience helping leaders and organizations build capability, strengthen performance, and navigate change. As founder of The Napkin Coach and Vice President of Professional Development for ATD South Florida, Gaston partners with executives, leaders, and organizations to develop leadership, foster learning cultures, and drive organizational effectiveness. He has designed and delivered leadership development programs, executive coaching engagements, and organizational development initiatives for organizations including the Inter-American Development Bank, McDonald's, Bayer, Amgen, Heineken, and many other global organizations. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with advanced French, Gaston brings a multicultural perspective to leadership and talent development across the Americas and beyond.
George Romagosa has made leveraging technology to drive learning effectiveness the focus of his career. As part of the initial Enterprise Implementations for Virtual Classroom, Learning Management Systems, and eLearning, he made sure that technology never got in the way of the ultimate goal — improving learner performance. He has served as a Presenter, Producer, Technical Producer and Instructional Designer for Traditional and Virtual Conferences that reached learners from 31 countries.
Rebecca Sacks, CDR, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Authentic Talent Edge, a talent advisory firm helping organizations strengthen talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce programs, and operational effectiveness. With more than 20 years of experience, Rebecca has led talent teams, developed internship and early-career programs, coached leaders, and created hiring and development strategies across healthcare, construction, behavioral health, executive search, and corporate recruiting. She previously held talent leadership roles with MPLT Healthcare and Lennar Homes. Rebecca also serves as Head of Sales and Growth for The Candidate Experience, where she supports sales, business growth, and the development of eLearning recruitment training programs designed to help recruiters create more positive and consistent candidate experiences. As Vice President of Special Programs for ATD South Florida, Rebecca supports initiatives that promote mentorship, professional development, learning, and connection within the talent development community. She is pursuing her Executive MBA at Florida Atlantic University and co-hosts the No Filter, No Apologies podcast, which empowers women to build fulfilling careers, lead confidently, and advocate for themselves.
Victoria Brenes is a doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University, where her research focuses on integrating generative AI into computer science education. She is committed to advancing human-centered AI, expanding AI literacy, and empowering professionals to confidently and responsibly adopt AI in their work. Her research has been published and presented at conferences throughout the United States and internationally. She previously served as Director of the Learning Technologies SIG at ATDSFL, where she founded and led the AI Workgroup. Based in France, Victoria has traveled extensively throughout Europe.
