Recently, I learned how to ride a Halfbike. It's a unique challenge that requires balance, coordination, and core strength while providing a full-body workout. I enjoy learning new skills that push me outside my comfort zone, and mastering the Halfbike has been both rewarding and a lot of fun.

One project I'm especially proud of is helping update and improve learning programs at Weatherby Healthcare, including onboarding, leadership development, and recruiter training. A large part of my work has focused on simplifying content, improving the learner experience, and exploring how AI and learner feedback can help us make better training decisions. I'm fortunate to be part of the Learning & Development team at Weatherby Healthcare. We challenge each other, collaborate closely, and genuinely enjoy working together. Many of our best ideas come from team discussions, and the results are always stronger because of the collective effort.

I enjoy visiting museums and trying to understand why an artist made certain choices and what they were trying to communicate. I also enjoy cooking, where a few simple ingredients can come together in different ways to create something completely unique. Both remind me that creativity is often about intention, not complexity.

ATD South Florida has connected me with other learning professionals who share ideas, challenges, and practical solutions. I've gained valuable insights, expanded my network, and learned new approaches that I can apply in my work as a learning experience designer. It's a great community for anyone looking to learn, grow, and connect with others in the field.
