Right now, I’m most proud of building and refining the Éclat Leadership method — work that helps leaders move from high performer to high-impact leader. It’s a practical, human-centered approach shaped by my years leading large teams and navigating executive-level expectations. I’m especially proud when leaders tell me they are communicating with more confidence, influencing more effectively, and creating healthier team cultures.

For fun, I like to spend time with my kids and create unexpected and spontaneous moments. For example, go get ice cream after school and before dinner — because life is too short!
