The Trainer's Toolbox:
Tap Into Your Strengths

 Tools You Can Use Tomorrow!

Awareness of our strengths is an essential component in unleashing potential in our personal and professional lives. As professionals in the talent development field, we guide, educate, and coach others to discover and tap into their strengths. The “Trainer’s Toolbox” event will equip you with experiential tools to help discover and highlight the strengths of others.  As an added benefit, you will explore your own talents, strengths, and values as a facilitator, consultant or coach as you experience and participate in the evening's activities,

Shuffle and Explore: This activity is an interactive training session opener to highlight participants'  strengths and skills and identify needs and session objectives.  Presented by Anne Solomons

Explore the Invisible Dimensions of Culture is an active and engaging exercise to help attendees connect with the seven primary dimensions of culture in terms of their own cultural identities, and become more aware of where they might have cultural biases based on worldview that they hold. The awareness of their strengths and potential "blind spots" will help participants be more effective in everything they do.  Presented by Mary L. Martinez.

Baker's Dozen: Participants will explore and experience multiple ways to create a meaningful completion to a training session.  These activities are designed to spark excitement and inspire participants to take action.    Presented by Greg Trulson.

Each activity can be used with a variety of training topics and scenarios across all levels of the organization. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience each activity.

Bring your energy and enthusiasm for this high-impact event!
