Coaching The Coach: Supporting Leaders to Develop and
Influence Others

In our fast-paced and ever changing workplace, successful leadership is defined and re-defined each day. Yet one constant of successful leadership is the ability to build relationships and influence others.

Leaders who coach – formally or informally – equip their people with necessary tools, foster employee accountability, and bring employee performance to a higher level.  However, leaders are often thrown into coaching roles without preparation or training.

In this interactive session, Michael Sabbag will explore how trainers can help leaders become more effective coaches as we:

  • Identify a simple model to continually coach people
  • Discuss how leaders can practically apply the coaching model
  • Define the 7 Levers That Drive Performance
  • Determine the lever most responsible for performance not being exemplary
  • Explore how to develop a leader's ability to build effective coaching relationships
