Virtual training is not a new style of delivering learning, however as times have most of the workforce learning from home, most virtual classrooms are extensions of boring and bloated slideshow presentations. Presentations that lack engagement, interaction, and are missing context. In other words, we have taken "sage on the stage" and placed it online. The result? Participants multitask, pay minimal attention, and consider these events a waste of time. Learning Objectives:  

This workshop will allow participants to:

• Apply the differences between Virtual, Blended, & microlearning Learning with flipped classrooms; and how they can all work together.
• Determine the strategic use of a variety of learning modalities.
• Design new learning experiences that apply to the virtual classroom rather than ILT 1:1 conversion.

Participants will take home a template to assist with their ILT conversions.
