In today's business environment, aligning employee competencies with organizational goals is essential for success. This interactive presentation equips talent leaders and professionals with the tools to develop and implement a robust competency framework that drives performance and strategic alignment.

Participants will explore the historical context, current best practices, and practical methodologies for creating a competency framework that enhances talent management and organizational effectiveness. The integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) will be showcased throughout the session, demonstrating how these technologies can streamline the development and application of competency frameworks. Detailed examples, case studies, and interactive components will ensure participants can apply the concepts to their own organizations. 

In this program, participants will learn to:

- Identify behavioral competencies

- Explore the history and development of competency frameworks

- Apply a step-by-step methodology to identify, develop, and implement a competency framework, utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Event Details:

  • Registration fee includes dinner.
