Whether you're ready to give back as a Mentor or looking to grow as a Protégé — this program connects you with the right person at the right time. Free for all ATDSFL members.

Both roles are equally valuable — and both require an active ATDSFL membership to participate.
Mentors are experienced professionals who want to give back, achieve their own goals, or sharpen their skills while teaching others. Your guidance can change someone's career trajectory.
- Be or become an ATDSFL chapter member
- Dedicate approximately 4 hours per month to your protégé
- Have the desire and professional experience to support your protégé's growth
- Attend all mandatory program events
Protégés can be professionals new to Talent Development, or experienced practitioners looking to change careers or learn new skills. Whether you're starting out or pivoting, there's a mentor for you.
- Be or become an ATDSFL chapter member
- Dedicate at least 4 hours per month — with your mentor and on your own
- Be willing to set and actively work toward professional development goals
- Attend all mandatory program events
What Your Commitment Looks Like
- Meet regularly with your partner — in-person or virtually
- Set clear goals and expectations together
- Maintain regular communication throughout the program
- Attend all three mandatory program events
- Keep an open mind and embrace the process
- Enjoy yourself and have fun!
