Calm In Chaos: Successfully Prioritize, Focus, & Get It DONE When You're Drowning & Everything's "Important"

Overwhelm is real, sometimes it feels like chaos. The pace of work is accelerating. AI helps you do more, which means you're responsible for more - 8 projects turns into 12 overnight. With endless tasks, constant interruptions, and everything labeled "urgent," overwhelm isn't just stress - it's your daily reality. When your brain is juggling too many balls, you can't even remember all your commitments, let alone prioritize them effectively.

THIS WILL BE REVOLUTIONARY IF YOU HAVE EVER:

—Felt paralyzed by everything you need to-do.
—Been bombarded with notifications from all sides and lose track of what you were working on.
—Been derailed by a 'quick favor'.

IN THIS SESSION YOU WILL:

—Implement the 5-step "Gladiator Calm in Chaos™" process on your own todo list.
—Master “Importance” — because everything can’t be “important”.
—Uncover bandwidth — strategies for delegation and deadline management.

NOTE: This event will not be recorded.

Brian Nelson-Palmer is the Productivity Gladiator, helping recently promoted office people managers level up their personal practical productivity skills to thrive under the additional workload.

At age 4, Brian was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and was told that life would be 10-20 years shorter than everyone else. Figuring out the easiest and best ways to thrive and maximize every minute, while still handling all of life’s responsibilities, became a lifelong pursuit. Paying it forward by sharing these tactics and hacks is the gift he now shares.

Brian’s always maintained an incredibly high level of performance at work, while also thriving in his personal life. From teaching fitness classes, to being the drummer in a rock band, to hosting a syndicated weekly radio show, to traveling the world, in addition to his day job. His friends continuously asked “How do you do it all?” and “How do you keep track of it all?” What he shared changed their lives, and they started referring him to others. This is where the idea for Productivity Gladiator® was born.

“Time is the currency of your life, spend it wisely.”
