Colette De Nardo is a Learning & Development professional with over 15 years of experience leading individual and organizational growth through strategic talent initiatives. She makes complex concepts accessible and designs learning experiences that connect people, purpose, and impact. Colette holds the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) designation and previously served as the chapter's first Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Colette brings a holistic approach to leadership and learning, emphasizing empathy, clear communication, and mindful presence.
Jimmy Glenos is a leadership consultant, Executive Coach (PCC), team coach, and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience guiding high-performing leaders and teams to greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment. As the founder of LEAD+SUCCEED Coaching and Consulting, Jimmy works with CEOs, senior leaders, and business owners to improve performance, collaboration, and purpose. He has designed and led leadership development programs, strategic planning workshops, and culture-building initiatives across IT, healthcare, and hospitality. He is the creator and host of the Unlock the Shortcut podcast, featuring actionable insights and interviews with accomplished leaders and authors.
Barb Potter is an award-winning Learning and Enablement program manager and Founder of Virtual Training Pros. She designs high-impact revenue and partner enablement programs that translate complex technical strategy into clear, sales-ready messaging and measurable business outcomes. By day, she leads global GTM partner enablement at SailPoint, driving readiness, executive alignment, and commercial performance across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. Through her consultancy, she architects scalable virtual and hybrid learning experiences that accelerate capability, adoption, and transformation. Barb is known for building profitable learning ecosystems and turning enablement into a strategic growth lever. She served as the 2024-2025 President of ATD South Florida and holds degrees in Finance and Marketing from Virginia Tech.
Alyssa Chuck is an organizational development and training executive with over 30 years of experience. She is an expert in managing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training for leadership, communication, sales & negotiation, and customer service. She serves as L&D director, project manager, instructional designer, and trainer. Alyssa holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University, is a Certified MBTI Practitioner, and holds diplomas in both Change Management and Project Management. Her Top 3 Gallup Strengths are Input, Communication, and Positivity.
Alba M. Pazmino is an Instructional Designer, Digital Content Creator, and Adult Education professional with more than 15 years of experience transforming ideas into clear, engaging, and visually compelling learning experiences. She specializes in designing graphics, presentations, and digital content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and AI-enhanced workflows. As VP of Communications, she leads purposeful messaging across email, social media, Engage by Cell, and the chapter website. With a Master of Arts in Education focused on Adult Education and Training, she excels at simplifying complex information and creating learner-friendly resources.
Nicole Cook is a former high school science teacher turned teacher educator. She joined ATD South Florida in 2023. After participating in the chapter's mentorship program, she joined the Operations team in 2024 and transitioned into the role of VP of Operations in 2026. Her background in education brings a learner-centered perspective to everything she does for the chapter.
Kevin has a nearly 20-year background in Learning & Development and is passionate about measuring and communicating the impact of what we do. He holds a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of Florida, along with the CPTD Certification. Kevin started his career working at sea onboard cruise ships for nearly six years and since then has spent his time in progressive L&D roles in the travel retail and cannabis industries. In his spare time Kevin is a Lego enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
George Romagosa has made leveraging technology to drive learning effectiveness the focus of his career. As part of the initial Enterprise Implementations for Virtual Classroom, Learning Management Systems, and eLearning, he made sure that technology never got in the way of the ultimate goal — improving learner performance. He has served as a Presenter, Producer, Technical Producer and Instructional Designer for Traditional and Virtual Conferences that reached learners from 31 countries.
Curiosity is one of Sherri Dailing's favorite learning tools. Whether exploring new ideas, experimenting with AI, or designing learning experiences and videos in Canva, she enjoys finding ways to make development more engaging, creative, and meaningful. Sherri brings many years of experience in the talent development field and is passionate about helping people and organizations grow through leadership development, coaching, and thoughtful learning design. Within the ATD South Florida community, Sherri proudly served as Chapter President and led the Annual CPTD Study Group for several years. She is a CPTD, a graduate of the Accomplishment Coaching Program, and certified in Predictive Index, Hogan, FIRO-B, and LIFO.
Steve Yudewitz is an Instructional Design & Learning Strategy Leader with 15+ years of experience developing neuroscience-informed, high-impact learning across industries including insurance, healthcare, SaaS, logistics, utilities, and financial services. His focus is on applying cognitive science and adult learning theory to ensure retention and job application. He specializes in leadership development, compliance training, workforce upskilling, and digital transformation. Steve creates simulations and interactive learning with tools like Storyline, Rise, Captivate, PowerPoint, Camtasia, and Lectora, and leverages AI with structured processes to ensure accuracy and relevance.
