The Rising Stars program at Ultimate Software takes a proactive approach in hiring and training qualified individuals for targeted departments at Ultimate Software. The goal is to reduce the time to productivity so that the trainees are productive when placed into their permanent roles.  Training is a priority at Ultimate Software. The presenters we will share the keys to their success, and the webinar attendees will receive practical tips. Join us for an overview of their program, successes, challenges and key learnings.

Similar to the world-famous TED talks, presenters will share their practices in 25-30 minutes and we will open up for Q& A for rest of the webinar. The session is interactive and designed to provide practical knowledge, tools and techniques.

TiffanyMartin-Ogilvie,  Sr. Manager of Services Learning 

Tiffany Martin-Ogilvie is the Sr. Manager of Services Learning at Ultimate Software. Tiffany is a corporate MBA graduate of Florida International University.  She has been with Ultimate Software for 8 years focused on Customer Success and Employee Learning. Tiffany was a 2017 mentor for the Carol Susan DeVaney Mentorship Program for ADT SFL and a member of the Women in Leadership community of interest at Ultimate Software; her passion has always been to empower others to meet their maximum potential.  She lives in South Florida and is a proud wife and mother of two children.  

Solange Lucas,  Sr. Director of Learning 

Solange Lucas is the Sr. Director of Learning at Ultimate Software, and a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor degree in Marketing.  Her career at Ultimate Software has spanned over an incredible 21 years focused on Customer Success and Learning.  Inspiration comes from delivering learning solutions to help people develop deep skills when they need it while also supporting the overall growth of the business. Solange is a leader of the team who recently won the ATD Excellence in Practice award for the Rising Star training program.  She lives in South Florida with her husband and two boys.
