Onboarding Peer Coaching 

High quality training and support throughout the onboarding process can enhance associates’ performance and engagement, saving companies substantial money in turnover costs.  This is why Atlantic | Pacific Management invested in building an onboarding peer coaching program that has supported over 100 associates in four states since May of 2018. How did they do it?  This session will break down the process from a practitioners point-of-view. Specific actions in the design, development, and administration  of the program will be discussed, which you can take to develop similar programs at your organization.

 Presenter: Jared Forman, Director of Training, Atlantic-Pacific Real Estate Group

Jared Forman is the Director of Training for Atlantic | Pacific Management Real Estate, a fourth-generation company.  Mr. Forman has extensive experience in the strategic implementation of training and performance improvement programs that meet business needs.  In previous roles, Jared has developed learning managements systems, spearheaded company-wide e-learning development, and organized educational conferences.  At Atlantic | Pacific, he oversees the administration of A|P University; identifies learning gaps; designs, develops, and provides multimodal training to increase leadership, customer service, sales, and operational outcomes.   

Jared has designed and developed APEERfect Coach Program that supports the onboarding of Atlantic | Pacific’s new and promoted associates.  This program received the Gold Award in 2019 from The Association of Talent Development, South Florida Chapter.

Mr. Forman has earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University, and the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
