It offers insights, networking opportunities, and a chance to win personalized guidance from the session leaders. With Amanda's experience in balancing full-time work with freelancing and Lisa's freelance business expertise, attendees can expect practical advice on managing multiple professional commitments in the L&D field!

* 10+ years of experience designing e-learning programs and LMS administration
* VP Communications for ATD St. Louis Chapter
* Current part-time L&D freelancer while working full-time.
* Master's of Public Administration and Strategic HR Emphasis from University of Illinois Springfield
* Professional ATD Project Management Certificate
