The evening will begin with a networking hour. This is a great opportunity to network with professionals and learning teams across the South Florida communities.

Keynote
We are excited to announce Margaret Spence as our Celebrating Champions of Growth keynote speaker! Margaret is the Director of a nine-time Association for Talent Development (ATD) Best award-winning Employee and Executive Leadership Development team, which is currently ranked by ATD as fourth in their global awards. Learn more about Margaret here.

Awards Ceremony

Following the keynote, organizations and Learning and Talent Development professionals will be recognized for best practices in the field. The night will conclude with the announcement of the top award winners for best practices.
