Dr. Eivina Muniute-Cobb is a consultant, trainer, and coach dedicated to helping leaders, teams, and organizations build stronger foundations for success. As a Principal Consultant with The Pontis Group, she leads a team of coaches and consultants, and works with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, guiding them in leadership development, workplace culture enhancement, performance improvement, and change management.


With a deep passion for supporting people and organizations, she also specializes in employee selection and retention, capacity building, diversity and inclusion, team development, and conflict resolution.

Dr. Muniute-Cobb is the Past President 2021/22 of ATD South Florida Chapter. 
She holds a doctorate in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania.


Dr. Muniute-Cobb is committed to creating meaningful, lasting change by helping organizations grow, adapt, and reach their potential.

Event Details:

  • Registration fee includes dinner.
  • You may request a vegetarian entrée through the registration process and payment. For other dietary accommodations, please Lisa at profdev@atdsfl.org at least one week prior to the event.

  • Please note: Do NOT Google “FAU” or use the  “777 Glades Road” address to find us. The entire campus has the same address. 
  • The Schmidt Family Complex is located just west of the FAU stadium on North University Drive. Please, use this link, instead.
Directions to the Boca Raton Campus:

Exit I-95 at Glades (Exit 45) / (Exit 75) from the Turnpike. Head EAST on Glades to W. University Drive (main entrance to FAU). Turn left into campus on  W. University Drive until the road curves right. Make the first LEFT at the stoplight into the parking garage/white building complex adjacent to the stadium and across from the College of Business, Office Depot Center.

Parking Permit:

You will be parking in Garage III.

Park anywhere EXCEPT spaces that are marked with RED painted lines.

Apply for a temporary permit through the Park Mobile App. The Garage Location identifier is 6940.

Directions to the Classroom:

Take the elevator or stairs to the ground-level entrance. Turn right out of the elevator hallway, and immediately right again. Head into the Executive Education Building, toward Classroom SF 114.
