The Florida Career Development Support Special Interest Group (SIG) is a statewide, virtual learning community designed to support eLearning, gamification, and interactive learning designers to provide hands-on community focused on helping you strengthen your portfolio, fine-tune your resume for ATS success, and sharpen your interview skills. You’ll collaborate with peers for real feedback, practical coaching, and confidence-building practice, so you’re not just job-ready, you’re standout-ready.

Yolanda Larner (aka: Your Career Growth Co-Pilot) has spent more than 15 years helping people and organizations grow through thoughtful leadership, strong systems, and a very human approach to learning. She blends strategy, AI, and real-world experience to build learning ecosystems that actually work. Known for her warmth, honesty, and practical insights, Yolanda is passionate about helping professionals show up with confidence and clarity in their careers.
