Brief Project Description 

I used Grasply.ai to create an AI-powered healthcare call center simulation designed to give learners a realistic opportunity to practice handling patient interactions in a safe environment.

The simulation allows learners to respond to a healthcare-related call and practice important communication skills such as active listening, empathy, asking the right questions, managing difficult conversations, and providing a professional customer experience. Instead of simply reading about how to handle a call, learners can practice responding in the moment and experience how different approaches may affect the interaction.

The goal of the project was to explore how generative AI can make workplace learning more interactive and realistic, particularly for skills that require practice, judgment, and human interaction. It also demonstrates how AI simulations could be used to provide employees with additional practice opportunities before applying these skills in real patient or customer conversations.
